ORDER PROCESSING
Midnite Moon Trip is an independent brand where everything is made-to-order.
New orders will ship 3-7 working/business days after purchase.
Many items are manufactured and shipped by my USA based production partners. These products feature my original illustrations and graphic design. When an order is placed the item is made-to-order and will take 3-7 business days to complete before shipping.
Shipping confirmation tracking numbers will be sent via email.
If your order includes multiple items they may ship separately and on different days.
During holiday rush (November and December) all orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process. Due to the made-to-order nature of the products please order holiday gifts as soon as possible!
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most packages are shipped with a confirmation tracking number emailed to the address associated with your order.
International orders may incur customs fees charged by the receiving country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out customs tariff and taxes for your country.
USPS First Class, USA Only:
Average Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (not including processing time)
USPS Priority, USA Only:
Average Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (not including processing time)
International / Outside Of The USA:
Average Delivery Time: 2-5 weeks (not including processing time)
Note: Transit times are not guaranteed and may experience delays, especially during the holidays. If you have a deadline it is recommended you order well in advance to ensure the package arrives on time. International orders may experience additional delay due to customs.
Please note that I am not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances out of my control.
Returns
All sales are final, and returns/exchanges are not accepted. Please read the item description carefully, and don't hesitate to contact me with questions regarding products before you place an order.
If an item has arrived damaged or defective, please notify me at savannah@midnitemoontrip.com.
No exchanges on damaged items after 30 days.
I gave you the wrong address / I didn't claim my package and it is being returned.
Your items can be reshipped to you if you pay for the shipping costs once more. If you choose not to have your order reshipped, your items will be refunded to you less shipping.
PAYMENT
Midnite Moon Trip accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through a secure PCI compliant checkout server. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of your order.
